ARQUITECTURA - Casa Lagnö


El estudio de arquitectura sueco Tham & Videgård Arkitekter es el autor de esta vivienda de vacaciones situada en el Archipiélago de Estocolmo y ganadora del premio House of the Year 2013, organizado por World Architecture News.

El proyecto surge como una reinterpretación, en clave contemporánea y  minimalista, de la vivienda tradicional con cubierta inclinada a dos aguas. 

El efecto plisado genera una secuencia de espacios con diferentes alturas que dinamizan la sala de estar, que se extiende a lo largo del volumen principal, completamente abierta hacia el paisaje. Por su parte, los usos más privados y de servicio se sitúan a lo largo de la fachada norte, iluminados mediante claraboyas. 


Swedish architecture studio Tham & Videgård Arkitekter is the author of this summerhouse located on the Stockholm archiplielago and winner of the House of the Year Award 2013 arranged by World Architecture News.

The proyect is based on the reinterpretation of the traditional gabled house with a modern and minimalist approach.

The pleated shape provides a sequence of varied room heights which dynamize the living room that stretches through the entire length of the main building, completely open to the landscape. For its part, the private and service areas are located along the north façade, lit by skylights.
